Short-cut Shepherd’s Pie
1 lb ground beef
1 jar or can of brown gravy (Campbells Beef Gravy with Mushrooms is our fave)
2 c frozen peas and carrots
1 tub of the already mashed-potatoes (I use Country Crock brand or use left-overs)
