Menu Plan Monday: Feb 11 – 16

mpm2 Menu Plan Monday: Feb 11 16

Like I said earlier, I’m using what I have cooking this week. Here’s what I managed to come up with from my pantry, fridge and freezer.

Monday: cheese steaks (using left over prime rib from Saturday)
Tuesday: pirogies (home made thanks to my mother-in-law)
Wednesday: Chicken & Dumplings
Thursday: Good Ole Fashioned Beef Stew (hubby’s favorite for V-day)
Friday: Pancakes
Saturday: either fish or chicken (depends on if my Dad brings me back some fresh fish from his trip)
Sunday: Penne and Vodka with chicken sausage

So what about breakfast and lunch? I have plenty of eggs, bisquick and oatmeal for the week. And as far as lunches, we all eat left overs or deli meat sandwiches. And then there is the standard PB&J!
