Menu Plan Monday
Monday: Chicken Pot Pie (left over chicken from last week)
Tuesday: Pork Chops w/ country gravy and mashed taters
Wednesday: Crock Pot (depending on if MomsMorningShow does the club)
Thursday: Rib eye steaks & sweet potato fries
Friday: Grilled Cheese Sammys and tomato Soup
Saturday: Shepherds Pie (using the left over mashed taters)
Sunday: Chicken parm and spaghetti
Fruit of the week: Because hubby refuses to eat fruit, and little man is still little, I only purchase one or two kinds of fruit each week so as to limit waste. This week it’s clementines and blueberries because they are on sale. So each day, little man and I will have one of these fruits with our meals.
