New Year’s Resolutions
I don’t typically make New Year’s resolutions. I’m more inclined to change something or start something new when I think of it. But this year, I’m doing it – and I’m making it public!
My friend and coach Aurelia Williams says “Telling others will help solidify your commitment to accomplish these goals.” (you can read the whole article from Aurelia over at her blog RealLifeSolutions.net). So I’m coming out with my resolutions for 2009!
My personal resolutions are:
1. Quit Smoking – I’ve already set myself up to succeed this time. I have my supply of lozenges and gum ready and waiting to get me through.
2. Communicate Better With My Husband – or maybe I should rephrase this to Don’t Expect My Husband To Read My Mind and When He Gets It Wrong Lose Patience With Him.
3. Spend More Time With My Friends – while family has always been a priority, my friends seem to have been neglected this past year. I have a few very close friends, and now thanks to Facebook a few long-lost friends that I want to re-connect with.
I have another list of resolutions related to my business and blog, but I won’t list that now. Maybe later…
Are you making any resolutions this coming New Year? Why not share and we can support each other!
Oh, if organizing is on your list this year, I want to help! I’m holding a teleseminar this coming Tuesday. You should join me! Click Here

I made a list as well and yup you guessed it, organizing is big on the list. For some reason it wasn’t at the top but I don’t think I really put them in order of priority lol.
I may have to check out your teleseminar if the timing works out.
Blessings,
Kim

I tried gums and patches, lowering the number of cigs a day, those didn’t work for me. Try quitting 100% from one day to the next. It’s difficult the first couple of days, but after the first week, it’s much easier.
