PediPaw Review + Coupon
I hate clipping my dogs’ nails! It’s very traumatic for them – and for me! So a few months ago while battling a case of insomnia, I caught a commercial for PediPaws pet nail trimmer. It’s basically a powered nail file for pets, just like the salon uses on acrylic nails! It looked super easy to use, and easy on the pets. So I ordered it. I’m willing to try anything that will make the arduous task of clipping nails easier!
Truth is – it works well. My one dog Mabelline doesn’t mind it at all. But my other dog Molly, who BTW is totally skittish and neurotic in the first place, doesn’t like it so it’s still torture for her. It has this plastic guide that you put the nail into and the file literally does the rest.
Overall, I recommend it to all pet parents that hate clipping nails. You could always bring your pet to the vet to get this done, or a pet ‘beauty parlor’, but it’s not so convenient. I got the PediPaws pet nail trimmer for the convenience. You can give it a try – and use this link for a special offer: Get the PediPaws Pet Nail Trimmer for only $19.99 + s/h!
PS: Maybe whenever my digital camera situation gets fixed, I’ll post a picture of Miss Mabelline getting her pedicure!

That is too funny that you posted about this because I think this is what hubby was talking about the other day when I mentioned we had to clip Caleb’s (our Basset Hound) nails this week. He said he saw this new thing on TV LOL
I’ll let you know if we order through your link.

OMG Angie – Mabelline is a basset hound too! Even though they seem laid back and lazy, they sure do put up a fight when they don’t want their nails clipped!

Beware of purchasing a PediPaw on line. I bought the nail trimmer about 7-8 months ago. I paid 19.95 plus s&h. On June 4th a company called TLG ID securities out of Conn. charged my credit card $139.99 for a “membership” in what, I don’t know. I got a phone number from my bank and called the company, they are affiliated with PediPaw. The woman I spoke with was vague, but told me that I had authorized this charge. I assured her that I not. I let my bank resolve the situation. If I had not been checking my bank account, I might have been out $139.99. PediPaw is sold by a company called Telebrands. Unfortunately they are in the busness of selling more that toenail trimmers.
Good to know Sandra! I hate it when you order something online and they either 1) enroll you into something or 2) charge you the right amount.
Luckily, PediPaw is available at most stores.
Glad to hear you’ve have good luck with the PediPaw. As a professional groomer, I do recommend that pet owners try to file the nails between appointments. The best way is to have the nails done professionally first. Then, you can use the PediPaw on a weekly basis to keep the nails short. These units are not meant to take down a significant amount of nail. They do not have the power to grind that much. But do use them for weekly trimming. Great article.

This is a great tool to use when trimming your pets nails. It is good for both cats and dogs and will not cut into the quick of the pet’s nail bed.
