My dogs love after dinner time so they can lick the plates clean. There is a joke in our family that this is our way of conserving water because there is no need to rinse the plates before putting them in the dishwasher.

Just for Fun – A CONTEST

As some of you know, I’m addicted to the site ICANHASCHEEZBURGER.com. (Seriously addicted – I subscribe to the feed). It’s cute and funny pictures of cats (and sometimes other critters). But what makes them funnier is the captions that are added to the kittys. I’ve submitted a couple pictures before thinking they were cute and clever, but have yet been able to accumulate enough votes to make it to the front page. This frustrates me so much because I just think I have the cutest kitties in the whole world!

So I have an idea for a contest – and a way to make the front page of ICANHASCHEEZBURGER.com. (And yes, I’m totally stealing this idea from my new pal Mrs. Fussypants). I’m going to post a super cute pic of my super cute kitty. Leave a comment with a cute and clever caption. Then in a few days I’ll post my 5 favorite captions and a poll for you to vote. The winner will receive 2 bags of coffee courtesy of Cara’s Cafe. And that’s the pic I’ll submit to.

How cute is my kitty!?! Her name is Fiona. I was taking pictures of Little Man and I looked over to her and this is what I got! She was purring, and it looks almost like she’s smiling!
