thriftythursday Thirfty ThursdayInstead of annual flowers, plant perennials. Buying annuals every year can cost hundreds of dollars. A better option is to plant perennials and have them come back year after year. Although perennials cost a little more upfront, you’ll save greatly in the long run.

    I LOVE this tip – I can use it to convince my husband that yes, I really do need to buy those perennials that cost so much… Heeheehee.
    No, you’re right, of course. Plus you save on time when you’re not spending hours every spring cleaning out and planting more annuals.
