Water, Water – Fight The Frump Friday

The only magic elixir that’s for real is water. Do I really have to tell you all about the benefits?
Water acts as a body purifier, by removing toxins and waste from your body.
Water acts as a natural remedy to head your way towards achieving beautiful rich glowing skin.
Water keeps the digestive system in order and flushes out the waste products from your body.
Staying hydrated keeps your circulation going which in turn keeps your brain and body energetic.
Oh yes – no calories, it fills your belly and aids in weight loss.
There is no clear-cut answer as to how much water to drink per day, because it depends upon a number of factors like your health condition, your activity status etc. Rule of thumb – once your pee (urine, wizz, tinkle) is hardly yellow at all, you are properly hydrated.

I actually overdrink water….therefore I am on a water restricted diet (WT???). 80 oz of LIQUID (total) a day.
I’d LOVE to drink 2 gallons (I crave water – it’s a sickness I swear) but the doc says it’s taxing my kidneys too mmuch. *sigh*
