Why I Love Working At Home

My pal Kelly over at SparkPlugging – WAHM 2.0 has started a new meme – and you know I can’t resist a good meme. In fact, I’ve started some. But that’s another post!

This new meme is for WAHMs – they need to blog about WHY THEY LOVE WORKING FROM HOME. It’s about “improving your mindset and spreading a little inspiration and encouragement”. I love this!! So many times, being a WAHM brings us down: the hours, the responsibility, the isolation, the negative connotations (oh yeah right, I just play on the internet all day and call it work – WHATEVER).

I love working at home for several reasons – the first being my son! It is such a privilege to be able to watch him grow and develop. It’s truly a blessing to be the one coloring, reading and playing with him every day!

Because my husband works the night shift, we are able to have lunch and dinner together as a family. If I was working at an office, we wouldn’t be so lucky.

I love working on my website and podcast! The topic of home and family management has always been a passion of mine. Working from home gives me the ability to be creative and share my knowledge with others.

I could go on and on, but these are the 3 major reasons I LOVE WORKING FROM HOME! How about you? Are you a WAHM? Why do you love it?
