Based on some feedback and questions I’ve received from listeners, I wanted today’s show to address the struggles of organization when you have children with special needs. So I get on the phone with my good friend Kym Lesch to find out how she manages her home, family and business with 4 boys ages 6 and under. Three of her boys have Autism.

My goal is to keep shows between 15 and 20 minutes long, but today’s show goes a bit longer. But I just couldn’t edit anything out of my conversation with Kym! Even if you don’t have children with special needs, her attitude is so amazing that she’ll inspire you.

    Great show and website. I have known Kym since middle school and I am so proud of her. She is definately an inspiration. Her advice today will not only help moms that have children with disabilities, it will help all moms learn to organize and structure regardless of their situation. As a mom with children with Autism she surely will help others to cope and find peace in every day.
