Based on some feedback and questions I’ve received from listeners, I wanted today’s show to address the struggles of organization when you have children with special needs. So I get on the phone with my good friend Kym Lesch to find out how she manages her home, family and business with 4 boys ages 6 and under. Three of her boys have Autism.
My goal is to keep shows between 15 and 20 minutes long, but today’s show goes a bit longer. But I just couldn’t edit anything out of my conversation with Kym! Even if you don’t have children with special needs, her attitude is so amazing that she’ll inspire you.
